The S-CAT 5030 is the essential wireless protocol tester you will want to work with. This test platform supports the 3GPP UMA/GAN protocol and includes an Up interface in the form of a WLAN access point. Networked with 2G and 3G RF units over the LAN, the S-CAT 5030 performs testing as specified in GERAN TS 51.010 Part 1.
Only the S-CAT 5030:

This new addition to the S-CAT family is designed to the highest level of consistency from early stage development of protocol testing through to comprehensive conformance and certification testing. This powerful test tool enables the user to run GERAN specified UMA/GAN Test Cases over WLAN interface, while providing the option to plug in an RF unit to the system to allow execution of GAN to GERAN handover testing.
